Someone who is looking for an opportunity and has the drive and ambition to make a difference to a growing business.
We need someone who enjoys talking to people and has a desire to help others.
We need a self-starter, who is able to motivate themselves and deal with potential negative reactions from clients on the telephone in a professional manner.
We need someone who has the ability to self-manage their time, and prioritise a diverse workload.

Tasks to be completed
Handling incoming phone calls, referring them to the appropriate person or booking follow up information.
Recording information on a computer based CRM system.
Calling potential clients to establish the best person to talk to about various products.
Booking telephone or face to face appointments and meetings.
Writing emails and sending appropriate information to existing, new and potential clients.
(Following training), sales and marketing functions will need to be completed.
Research of new potential clients to work with.

We offer a product which all businesses need, so response to our enquiries tend to be positive.
We offer market leading services at a fraction of the cost of other agencies, and have a high level of customer retention and referrals.
The appropriate person will be tasked with answering incoming telephone calls and other incoming enquiries via email.
They will need to contact existing leads and new clients to establish who the right person is to talk with about our products and services, ascertaining if they are in the market for a new website or graphic design project, and scheduling an appropriate time for a telephone or face to face meeting.
All leads and communications will need to be entered in a CRM system.
Once a meeting has been set, follow up information needs to be sent to the sales or technical team.

Remuneration
Subject to negotiation, depending on skills and experience.

Hours of work
This position is available on a full or part time basis, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.
